Return & Exchange Policy
You have the right to cancel and return unwanted goods within 14 days from delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.This excludes any personalised items
For unwanted goods, you must pay the return costs and if you originally paid for express delivery we will only refund the cost of standard delivery. We may offer a credit note for the unwanted goods, this is discretionary, although a full refund will be given if the goods are found to be faulty. For faulty goods, the same process as above applies although the returns cost will be covered by us.
All refunds will be processed no later then 14 days after being received by us
